The Alabaster Jar:
Our keynote speaker for April 2019 is local pastor Liam Husband. Liam is minister at HOPE Community Church, Winton (formerly: Centrepoint Elim).
Liam has a very interesting story to tell having come to faith at the age of 26 whilst staying at a Drug Rehabilitation Centre in the remote hills of Shropshire. Life had been a spiral of running away from home, living on the streets and a future with no hope in sight. But God stepped in, turned his life around, sent him off to Gyana, where He called him to be a pastor, and now he is a happily married father of four, with a passion for Jesus.
Having given his testimony at Wessex Filling Station in September 2018, we simply knew we had to hear more of his powerful story and how God has been leading him.
Speaking on the story of the women who worshipped at Jesus feet, we look forward to welcoming Liam and yourselves along to the Village Hotel!
The 'Who Is Liam Husband?' article will be uploaded next week so watch this space or like us on Facebook to be updated.
